To and from the airport
I’m Ben, based in Kings Hill and preparing to offer pre-booked airport transfers across Kent. That includes journeys to and from Gatwick and Heathrow, with other airports considered when I check your route. Your pickup doesn’t have to be in Kings Hill.
Planning an airport collection
Once bookings open, I’ll need your airport, terminal if known, flight number and scheduled arrival date and time. Your requested collection time is separate from your flight’s arrival time, so allow time to get through the airport.
Include your destination, passenger numbers and the number and size of your bags. Tell me about any pushchairs, child-seat or access requirements so I can check whether I can accommodate them before confirming a journey.
Outbound and return journeys
For a journey to the airport, I’ll need your pickup address, destination airport and requested travel date and time. You’ll also be able to request a return journey with its own date, time and flight details. If your return airport or address is different, include that in your request.
A confirmed price before you book
The price depends on your route, travel time and requirements. Sending a request won’t reserve a journey: I’ll check the details and confirm the price and availability with you. No payment will be taken through the form.
