I’m Ben, and I’m preparing to offer pre-booked local journeys for appointments, visits and evenings out. I’m based in Kings Hill and will cover journeys across Kent, including West Malling, Maidstone, Tonbridge and the surrounding towns and villages. Your journey doesn’t need to start in Kings Hill.
What I’ll need to know
When bookings open, share your full pickup address, destination, travel date and requested pickup time. Include the number of people travelling and any bags you’ll be bringing. If you need an additional stop, add the details to your journey notes.
For a return journey, include the return pickup date and time too. If the route back is different, explain it in your notes so I can check the whole journey with you.
Checking your requirements
Tell me about luggage, pushchairs, child-seat or access requirements before booking. I’ll check whether I can accommodate them rather than leave you to assume what’s available.
Price and availability
Your route, travel time and requirements determine the price. Once I’ve reviewed your request, I’ll confirm the price and availability with you. Sending the form won’t be a confirmed booking, and no payment will be taken through it.
